Privacy Policy — Floor's Heaven for Windows
Zhrnutie po slovensky: Aplikácia je plne offline. Nezbiera ani neodosiela žiadne
osobné údaje, neobsahuje analytiku, reklamy ani sledovanie. Všetky turnajové dáta zostávajú
lokálne vo vašom počítači. Jediná sieťová funkcia je voliteľný TV stream, ktorý vysiela stav
turnaja výhradne vo vašej lokálnej sieti.
Overview
Floor's Heaven for Windows is an offline desktop application for managing live poker tournaments. It does not require an account, does not connect to the internet, and does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
Data the app stores (locally only)
The app stores tournament data on your computer in %APPDATA%\Floors Heaven\:
- blind structures, tournament settings (buy-ins, prize pool, rake)
- player records entered by the organizer (name, optional nickname, chips, table/seat)
- saved layouts, appearance settings and tournament history snapshots
- optional background image (copied into the app's data folder)
- a local diagnostic log file (
log.txt) — never transmitted anywhere - offline text-to-speech voice models (extracted on first run)
A small number of preferences (selected language, temporary prize-calculation snapshot) are stored in the Windows user registry under the application's preferences node.
What the app does NOT do
- no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking of any kind
- no cloud sync, no account, no sign-up
- no internet communication — text-to-speech announcements are generated fully offline
- the beta validity period is checked against your computer's clock only; the app never "phones home"
Data leaving the app
Data leaves the app only when you explicitly choose it:
- File exports — CSV/JSON exports (full backup, player database, blind structures, prizes, tournament history, saved layouts) are saved to a file location you pick.
- Local TV/projector stream — an optional HTTP server (port 8765), disabled by default. When you enable it, the current tournament state (blind level, timer, player names and chip counts, prizes, optional background image) is visible to devices on the same local network. Nothing is sent to the internet.
User control
- All data can be edited or deleted inside the app.
- Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your tournament data; to remove it
completely, also delete the
%APPDATA%\Floors Heavenfolder.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be published at this URL.
